Tinted lip balms, oils, gelees, butters, glosses and treatments had been all the craze this year. Market is kind of over saturated with them. Some are for cosmetic purposes only while some others claim to have amazing skin loving benefits. Iconic London also has added it’s share to the mix.
Some of them are going to make their way to this blog as well because honestly I couldn’t escape the trend and found myself using tinted balms and glosses way more than traditional lipsticks this year.
Iconic London Melting Touch Lip Balm
Today’s focus is on Iconic London Melting Touch Lip Balm , a multitasker tinted lip balm that instantly melts on touch to deposit a sheer wash of colour and ultra soft nourishment.
This lip balm is super charged with many lip loving ingredients to provide the benefits of a lip treatment and look of a gloss and plumper in one. It gives the illusion of plump lips and a sheen of non sticky gloss.

Signature gold Iconic London packaging is beautiful. This balm has a non reversible clicking mechanism at the bottom to extend the product out of the tube. About two clicks extend it enough for one smooth application.
On lips, it applies smoothly and feels non-sticky. It takes 2-3 swipes on lips to get a colour payoff similar to the swatches. I didn’t notice any bleeding out but it does transfer when touched. Without eating or drinking anything, colour starts to fade in about 30 minutes and completely disappears within 2 hours. That means a constant re-application is needed which is typical for most tinted lip balms so I will not hold it against it.

Other two shades not shown here are called Undone and Love Language. As you can see in swatches, formula melts like better when it touches the skin but still holds its place well. Frequent re-application is needed but wear time prolongs when I pair these fuller pout lip liners
Iconic London Fuller Pout Sculpting Lip Liners
These ultra bendable waterproof lip liners are perfect to be work alone or to pair with any other lip product. Soft easy to glide formula is great to sculpt, define and shape the lips. What makes this lip liner stand out is the lip sponge on the other end of pencil
This sponge works great to buff and diffuse lip liner and give the illusion of pillowy plumpness. It comes in 6 shades. The two I was gifted by the brand are

Formula is very creamy and colour payoff is great. I have mostly worn these alone as all over lip colour and some times add a lip gloss topper and they wear well in both ways. When worn alone, It stays on for hrs.
